Pretty nice room, perfect bed and best bathroom. Lots of goodies for breakfast. Caring and extraordinarily friendly staff providing excellent services. Location just next door to the surrounding area, Close to base / fort, and restaurants and shopping.

The front desk lady were great. The staff was attentive. I appreciated the spacious layout of the suite with ample room for relaxation. I found the free Wi-Fi and tv to be a nice touch. I also noticed the convenient location near local attractions.
The cleanliness upon arrival was not up to standard, leaving much to be desired.

The hotel is conveniently located about 8 km from Interstate 520. Traveling with my whole family was fun, especially since we found a great local golf course nearby to enjoy some time outdoors.
My children wanted better cleanliness in the rooms.

Y'all, the front desk lady was a superstar, doing whatever she could to ease the chaos. Plus, when I'm telling you about those gourmet sandwiches nearby, I mean they were legendary! And just wait 'til you sink your teeth into one. Pure bliss!
On the flip side, the first room was a hot mess, with stains and a cranky A/C.

The hotel was secluded, off the highway, and surrounded by woods, giving it a rather isolating feel. Entering the room revealed unsanitary conditions, with flying roaches on the walls and damp furniture. The antiquated fixtures further exacerbated the discomfort, triggering allergies for myself and my daughter. Despite voicing my concerns, the lack of customer service became apparent when I was told I would not be refunded even after only 10 minutes in the room.
